Having experienced lower back pain since my first pregnancy, I was eager for some relief and healing in my second pregnancy. X-rays taken after my first pregnancy didn't indicate a problem, yet sitting often felt excruciating. I began my (Prenatal Alignement) class 30 weeks into my second pregnancy and immediately incorporated the alignment stance and suggestion for footwear into my life.
